Hawaii Scuba Divers Rebreather Certification class Oahu/Maui
WOW this has been the week or 2 weeks that is for Rebreather Training 1st in Oahu we welcomed Chuck and Jason (Naui Dive Instructor) to our family of Divers. Scuba Diving referral Class Padi to PDIC..
Today we had the pleasure of converting padi scuba students to the family of PDIC Open Water Scuba Divers..We are a Universal referral center for the RSTC and WRSTC members like NAUI,SSI,YMCA,IDEA,NASDS,IANTD, and other agencies. For referrals from these we need universal referral letters and the Home Instructor stays the certifying Instructor but with padi we cross you over to our PDIC Family of Scuba Divers and really teach you how to Dive in the Open water course not waiting until your advanced course.

Nitrox, is air that has been enriched with oxygen so that it has more than 21% oxygen. Nitrox scuba diving class is no decompression diving, you will learn to use Nitrox with 22% to 40% oxygen.
Although Nitrox is relatively new to recreational scuba diving, military and comercial divers have been using it to extend their bottom times for nearly 60 years. The United States Navy and British Navy have used Nitrox since the 1940's. The United States Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has more than 25 years experience with Nitrox. Recreational Scuba Divers have made thousands of Nitrox dives. Through field experience, the no decompression limits for NITROX are considered as reliable as "normal" air.
Through reduction of the nitrogen in the breathing mixture you will be able to substantially increase your bottom times. A dive made to 50 feet on air, has a no decompression limit of 80 minutes, according to Recreational AIR Dive Planner. The same dive made on 36% Oxygen Nitrox Enriched Air would give you a bottom time of 220 minutes. The trade off is oxygen exposure, you may increase oxygen toxicity which if you maintain safe scuba diving Nitrox exposure is not a concern to Divers.
You will learn in the Nitrox program to keep your oxygen exposure within safe limits and to be able to extend your Safe Scuba Diving Bottom times.

Hawaii Scuba Divers has SSI visiting Instructor Oahu Hawaii.
Today in Oahu Hawaii, we had the pleasure of Scuba Hawaii diving with Sandra a visiting SSI scuba instructor from NY CITY. The 1st Hawaii Dive was a hawaii deep wreck dive going in all the way past the ships engine room and getting great interior Hawaii wreck diving shots with her underwater digital camera. We where 1st in Scuba diving and last scuba divers out. This Dive was done Scuba Diving Nitrox to getting more scuba diving bottom time at this DEEP Hawaii Wreck dive. Great scuba diving skills by visiting scuba diving instructor..2nd dive site we explored uncharted area of reef that I have not been scuba diving on before. Scuba diving this area was nice but strong current makes it off limits untill we can put Hawaii Scuba diving Mooring closer thank's Roger. Hawaii scuba diving wreck diving waikiki Oahu Hawaii.
Well today could not have been better Scuba Diving our hawaii boat diving conditions where perfect small diving charter lots of room to setup scuba diving gear.So off we go hawaii scuba diving the Sea Tiger a wreck dive off of wiakiki in oahu hawaii in 120ft GREAT SCUBA DIVE. The diving wreck is very open and entering wreck dive is easy or hard depends on where you Go. We wanted Easy Diving and stayed Diving on Upper decks.Real THRILL for scuba divers to be diving in wheel house. there where turtles,tropical fish and today Spotted Eagle Rays WOW...Great 1st wreck dive for them and great learning experience while scuba diving the wreck.

The second Dive was to Kewalo pipe we went shallow to reef and I almost forgot how nice scuba diving this reef in shallow is.The scuba diving was excellent long diving bottom time since so shallow max 30ft.the hawaii marine life while scuba diving was very nice and easy allowing for lots of scuba diving photo's I am sure nice Hawaii Scuba Diving shots to remember your Hawaii diving adventure.
